Organizing & Productivity
From DIY you just need a plan, to more in-depth help and support from me to help and guide you from start to finish.
- Hourly rate starting at $85.00 per hour plus HST
- Manageable outpatient “homework/challenges” in-between sessions specific to helping you achieve your goals
- Tips, support and encouragement during each session
- Car load of donations taken away after each session (in person sessions only)
- As-needed email and text support between sessions
Virtual Session
- Virtual Sessions are 1 hour minimum up to 3 hours per session. Zoom link sent 24 hours prior to appointment (no account needed)
- Working with you virtually via zoom to guide you through the steps, as you do the hands on work, to achieve the changes you desire in your life, your time and your space
- Providing you with the structure and accountability to create the changes you want and need
In Person Session (currently waitlisted)
- In-Person Sessions are 3 hours minimum up to 5 hours per session
- Working with you in person while guiding you through the steps with hands on help, to achieve the changes you desire in your life, your time and your space

Coaching-Integrated Organizing & Productivity
Coaching-integrated services are for you if you’re ready to look inside yourself and examine what’s really standing between your time and your spaces. With greater self-awareness, you’ll identify and experiment with strategies that fit how you think.
Each session will include a blend of 1:1 coaching conversations, where I partner with you to examine your thinking and consider new approaches for yourself.
This awareness and experimentation loop is a transformational process that can lead to lasting behaviour change.
I require a minimum commitment of 6 sessions for this service to allow ample time for perspective shifts and habit formation.
The coaching-integrated hourly rate starting at $125.00 per hour plus HST, depending on the length of the booked session for organizing and productivity.
Life & ADHD Coaching
In our first session, we'll define your "big agenda" - the core goal guiding our work together. Each following session will focus on a topic you choose that connects to or grows from that agenda, with room for shifts as your insight deepens.
We'll begin each session by clarifying your current focus, then move through a process to build awareness and understanding. We'll always end with one actionable step to support progress between sessions.

Quick start treatment plan - $255.00 plus HST

Deep Dive to results treatment plan - $999.00 plus HST
- This program includes 12 one-hour sessions on Zoom
- Paced at three sessions per month over four months. The built-in weekly buffer ensures real-time flexibility while keeping you on track.
- It’s a true commitment to momentum, not a drawn-out process, because transformation requires focus and consistent effort.
Fees, Terms and Payments
- An agreement outlining all the terms and conditions will be sent for your e-signature and required before the first session.
- Rates are based on services booked - all rates plus HST
- Treatment plans require prepayment at the time of booking
- All payments are non-refundable, and non-transferable, 48 hrs. notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.
- Payable by E-transfer or PayPal available
